AWCSW Conducts a Public Meeting for the Ten Targeted Villages of "Enhancing Palestinian Women's Participation in Public and Political Life" Program

Within the framework of "Enhancing Palestinian Women's Participation in Public and Political Life" program of AWCSW, ten meetings were carried out in the ten targeted villages in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorates; namely, Beit-Sira, Kharbtha Bani Hareth, Beit-‘Ur,  Saffa, and Kharbtha al-Misbah, as well as in Jenin Governorate; namely, Burqin, Fahme, Kufr Ra’i, and Al-Sila al-Harithiya.
Each village invited another untargeted village to the meeting and shared their experience and success stories of their female members and leaders throughout the program. Moreover, the targeted villages presented their previous and upcoming activities within the scope of the program. Besides, the need analysis prepared for each village and the female members’ effort in networking and communicating with other association to meet the villages’ needs were presented.
Toward the end of the meeting, attendants expressed their gratefulness and demanded an essential share of the targeted villages’ experience with other villages and assured their need to be a part of this program.
